Refunds & Returns
We gladly accept returns.
Contact us to initiate a return. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@gigglemuggco.com and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend utilizing tracking for returns, as we need to verify that an item was returned to us to process a refund.
Refunds do not extend to shipping issues outside of our control, such as items lost in the mail, sent to the wrong address, etc. but we will do our best to work with you in locating your items. No replacement items will be shipped until a claim is submitted and resolved with the USPS and the package is ruled officially “lost”.
Once your returned item is received you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damage / wrong item:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
European Union 1 cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
