Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. You can expect to receive your order approximately 3-5 business days from the shipping date, although this is not guaranteed. During sales and holidays, we ask that you give us a bit of extra time to process and ship your orders. Please email us if you have any questions about your order.

Unused, unopened, and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund back to your credit card (shipping costs are non-refundable). Please read our refund policy here.
