Shipping
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- All shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in their country and are out of our control.
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail depending on weight/shipping destination. Occasionally delays occur due to a high volume of orders. You will be notified if this is the case.
- Delays due to postal service issues are outside of our control, however, if there is a shipping issue, please contact us so we can look into it. We will do our best to assist.
International shipping
- Currently, we do not ship outside the domestic USA and Canada.
- Shipping charges for your order to Canada will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gigglemugg is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
*SHIPPING UPDATE *
- Due to continued global supply chain issues and shipping volumes, we cannot guarantee any shipping timeframes. Shipping timelines are controlled solely by the USPS, and we will not be able to provide ANY refunds on shipping for orders that arrive outside their anticipated shipping turnaround time. We strongly urge customers to plan ahead and order much earlier than necessary.
2024 HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES:
Domestic USA - last day to order is December 15
Canada - last day to order is December 4
Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns.
Contact us to initiate a return. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To start a return, you please contact us and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend utilizing tracking for returns, as we need to verify that an item was returned to us to process a refund.
Refunds do not extend to shipping issues outside of our control, such as items lost in the mail, sent to the wrong address, etc. but we will do our best to work with you in locating your items. No replacement items will be shipped until a claim is submitted and resolved with the USPS and the package is ruled officially “lost”.
Once your returned item is received you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damage / wrong item:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Discounts & codes:
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the domestic USA.
- Unless otherwise stated, multiple discount codes cannot be used on a single order.
- Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before stated sale dates, or orders that do not contain discount codes at checkout. We are not able to cancel orders so that customers can apply coupon codes; please make sure you apply the code before checking out to receive the discount.
Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After that, your order may be already dispatched.
To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number and a note about your request to cancel.
FAQ’S
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your domestic USA order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. For deliveries to Canada please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
I am concerned that my order is lost. Can you replace it?
We will only replace an order after we have filed a claim with the USPS and the package has been declared “lost”. The USPS will not allow us to file a claim until 15 days after the shipment date.
My order tracking says that USPS is awaiting the item. Did you ship it?
Shipping your order is our priority and you can be assured that we shipped your order. USPS may not scan for 24-48 hours after pickup. They tell us this is done to speed up the process. Your order is still in transit.
What if I need my order by a certain date?
Please note that order processing times are 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location so if time is of the essence, we recommend upgrading to Priority shipping at checkout. Please note that Priority shipping is not guaranteed.
Can you ship my order via FedEx or UPS?
To keep things running efficiently, we only ship via USPS.
